The East Chamber presents its compliments; this is to inform you that we received a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (ل و ي/ 1911 ) dated ( 28/06/1435) , which referred to the letter of the Council of Health Service No. 2124-1 dated ( 06/17/1435 ) containing the mainstreamMinister of Health on the work of doctors and other health cadres of staff of the public health sector with the private health institutions , where he referred to the speech of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of defense may God protect him - No. ( 9/1/8857 )dated ( 01/07/1433) with respect to what observed from the Directorate General of Medical Services of the Armed Forces in recent times from the large work of its employees to the private health sector , directing his highness not to sign contract with them , and the institutions hold accountable of health eligibility by the system, their evidence cadres of health from the Ministry of Defense, working with those actors and the ministry issued a circular No. (223157/2/1) dated (07/26/1433) the content of it, and remarks by His Royal Highness Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz , Minister of national Guard - may God protect him - on the same subject , a speech by His Excellency the President ofThe National Commission against Corruption No. ( 244 / Q / 2/2/3/2 )dated ( 03/29/1435 e) in this regard , as well as what observed in other government health sectors on the same topic , and the Lord of the Directorates of Health Affairs and the hospitals of the state not towork in the private health institutions in any way , with the commitment of the staff of the Saudi universities controls contained in the Council of Ministers Resolution No. ( 164 ) dated ( 08/06/1422) .
